After an initial conversation, it is essential to discover our offer in Spain by yourself by means of an inspection trip.
In preparation for the trip, we go through everything together, such as the projects that you have chosen in advance by looking on our site or material sent by one of our advisors. Based on this, we make a schedule to explore the house as well as the locations and projects of your choice. We usually organize viewing trips of 3 to 4 days, depending on the projects and locations discussed.
In consultation with you, we take care of everything, we view/book the flight and accommodation together, if you prefer to be picked up at the airport by your advisor, this is no problem at all.
Day 1
¡VIVA ESPAÑA! Hope you got a nice flight? One of our advisors is already waiting at the airport to pick you up. We often leave the luggage in the accommodation first and we start to discover the region, all this has been prepared in advance for you based on the search criteria that we received. Depending on this, the different days will be determined per location.
Once we have visited the locations, we will bring you back to the selected hotel or rental home and you can reminisce about the region.
Day 2
Your advisor will pick you up in the morning, now we can start visiting the pre-selected homes or buildings. Our advisors are all residents from the region and can tell a lot about its location on top of the project. Also indicate which are the best options for bars and restaurants...because yes we are taking advantage of every moment to enjoy Spanish life!! In the evening you will be dropped off again and you can enjoy the afterglow and let everything sink in that you have seen today.
Day 3
Your advisor will first of all ask you what you thought of the properties you have already visited and whether a second viewing is necessary. Likewise, there will inevitably be questions that we will be happy to answer or clarify. The legal aspect also plays a very important role, which is why we work with a legal team that can be trusted 100%.
Transparency and explanation in OWN language is extremely important to us so that you know what is going on at all times.
In the event that you have already made a choice, the advisor is also ready to assist you with the furnishing of your new home.
In the evening (or the next morning) your Spain Select advisor will take you back to the airport. You will fly relaxed and perhaps as the happy owner of your place under the Spanish sun. The Spain Select team will continue to follow up on matters for you here.
